Nipples
Nipple piercing is practiced on a regular basis among the Kabyle, a Berber tribe of northern Algeria. The piercing is sensual and attractive and encourages the nipple to become larger and more pronounced. Unless the nipples are large, men are usually pierced well into the areolae (the pigmented area around the nipple) along a plane centered on the nipple. The piercing should be a minimum of 3/8" apart.

The piercing is usually done in pairs, one stud perpendicular through the flared edge of the glans on either side of the penis head.
Suggested Jewelry: Barbell Stud.

Healing Time: 6 - 8 weeks. |

Ampallang
This is the most extensively documented of all the exotic piercings. It originated with the tribal people of Indonesia, New Guinea, and the Philippines. Done primarily to enhance the sexual pleasure of the woman, some women would deny intercourse to a man not so pierced. The piercing consist of a barbell stud placed horizontally through the head of the penis. Placement is normally made above the urethra.

The vertical counterpart of the ampallang is mentioned in the Kama Sutra, the ancient Hindu classic on love and social conduct. The piercing was intended primarily for the sexual excitement of the woman during intercourse. This piercing consists of a barbell stud inserted vertically through the head of the penis. The placement is from just below the urethral opening to the top side of the head, perfectly centered, one-third the distance between the edge of the glans and the tip of the penis.

Prince Albert/Reverse Prince Albert
Named for Queen Victoria's consort Prince Albert who allegedly had one, this piercing is considered by many to be the most sensual of the penis piercings. This piercing utilizes a ring which extends from the urethral opening to an area where the glans joins the shaft on the penis underside. In the reverse Prince Albert, the ring extends from the urethral opening to an area on top of the head of the penis, approximately 1/2" from the tip.
Suggested Jewelry: Captive Bead Ring, Captive Coil Ring, Captive Genuine Stone Ring, Circular Barbell.
Jewelry Size: 12 and 10 gauge, 5/8" to 7/8". Inside diameter should be the distance from the point of the piercing to the edge of the urethra when the penis is erect.
Healing Time: 4 - 6 weeks. |

Frenum
The Frenum is second only to the Prince Albert for penis piercings. The normal location is on the center, underside of the penis, near where the glans meet the shaft. Piercings located where the penis joins the scrotum are called "lorum", short for lower frenum. Piercings evenly along the under side of the penis shaft are referred to as a "ladder". Piercings located on the top or the sides of the penis shaft are also quite common.
Suggested Jewelry. Barbell Stud.
Jewelry Size: 12 and 10 gauge, 5/8".

Virtually the entire scrotum is piercable. Piercings can be placed anywhere on the scrotal sac. One scrotum piercing practiced by certain Arab tribes of North Africa is known as a Hafada. It is placed high on the scrotum to the left and right of the penis base. Scrotum piercings must be superficial and must not penetrate the scrotal sac.

Guiche
The guiche (pronounced "geesh") originated in Tahiti where it was done in puberty rites. Supposedly raw pig skin was worn in the piercing. The piercing is placed perpendicular to the ridge of skin between the scrotum and the anus. Most men find a sensitive spot along the line which corresponds to the inseam of a pain of pants. This ensures maximum sensation.
