Nipple Piercing
Nipple piercing is practiced on a regular basis among the Kabyle, a Berber tribe of northern Algeria. The piercing is sensual and attractive and encourages the nipple to become larger and more pronounced. Unless the nipples are large, men are usually pierced well into the areola (the pigmented area around the nipple) along a plane centered on the nipple. The piercing should be a minimum of 3/8" apart.
