6. Don't you use a gun to pierce?
Not if you value your life. People are always talking about the risks of infections associated with body piercing, but they make light of the non-sterilizable ear piercing gun. Oh its not dangerous. Yes it is. You are being pierced witht he same gun that touched everyone who got pierced before you... since the place opened. hmm.. cross contamination of blood. That is much safer than a sterilized one time use needle. (can you sense my sarcasm?) If you get my meaning good. your supposed to. If your too dense and think im endorsing this, then you deserve what you get. A note to all, use common sense with anything you do.. not ust piercing.

7. Doesn't a piercing heal faster when done with a gun?
(Well first of all be sure you've read Q6) Now that you mention it WHO ARE YOU KIDDING. a clean puncture wound with a surgical scalpal sharp needle or blunt trauma with a dull flat rod.(the earing)

8. Does body piercing hurt?
It may seem like a cop out answer but Pain is Relative. Everyone is different, but the amount of discomfort is not tremendous and usually dissappears once the needle has penetrated the skin.It does not linger as if it was a sprained ankle or anything... nor nearly as bad of a pain in the foot. (pardon my pun)

9. How long must I wait after peircing to change jewelry?
You should wait until the piercing has completely healed. Different piercings have different healing times. For specific information see our piercing guide. (Link in top bar "Guide") The thing to remember is that a piercing may appear to be healed after a short period of time but may still not be completely healed.

10. I want to breast feed. Will a nipple piercing affect it?
The answer is yes and no. The rumor that you will damage your mamary glands by piercing your nipple does hold some truth. you will destroy the glands that you pierce through but there are plenty mmore glands in the nipple. Breast milk does not come out of any one specific spot but rather many glands on and around the nipple, so you will still be able to breast feed, You should not breast feed until a nipple piercing is completely healed, and jewelry shuld be removd while feeding.
